《GB/T 9749-2008力车轮胎性能试验方法》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC3（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会摩托车和自行车轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test equipment and precision, test methods, judgment rules and test reports for the performance test of rickshaw tires. This standard includes test methods for strength performance, durability performance (drum method) and bead-off hydraulic performance test methods for rickshaw tires. This standard applies to rickshaw pneumatic tires and their inner tubes. This standard does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires.
