Scope
This standard specifies the classification and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and general requirements for packaging, marking and storage of asbestos cement corrugated tiles and their ridge tiles. This standard applies to large, medium and small asbestos cement corrugated tiles used for covering roofs and walls and "herringbone" shaped ridge tiles covering roof ridges.
