Scope
This part of GB/T 9833 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of brick tea. This part is applicable to the flower brick tea made with black hair tea as the main raw material, which is made through the processes of screening of raw tea, blending of semi-finished products, stacking, steam pressing, drying, and packaging of finished products.
