本指导性技术文件规定了电动道路车辆用锂离子蓄电池的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本指导性技术文件适用于电动道路车辆用额定电压21.6V和14.4V的锂离子蓄电池。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of lithium-ion batteries for electric road vehicles (including electric cars and electric motor cars).
This standard is applicable to lithium-ion batteries for electric road vehicles with rated voltage of 21.6V and 14.4V.
