Key Technical Innovations

For the first time, the specification clearly defines the technical parameters of the combined machine for returning straw to the field and recycling residual film, requiring the film wrapping rate to be ≤2%. Special provisions are made for the supporting solutions of full film covering technology and mechanized recycling in the arid northwest region, such as the agricultural machinery cooperative model in the Xinjiang cotton region.


Implementation Difficulties and Countermeasures

Case: Gansu dryland corn region has achieved a seasonal recycling rate of 82% by establishing a three-level recycling network (farmers-recycling points-processing plants) and supporting fireproof storage warehouses (in compliance with GB 50016).
