Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and measurement methods for radio frequency coaxial connectors (5MHz ~ 1000MHz) of cable television systems. Any equivalent method that ensures the same measurement uncertainty may be used. In case of dispute, this standard shall prevail. This standard applies to the research and development, production, acceptance and application of radio frequency coaxial connectors (5MHz ~ 1000MHz) for cable TV systems.
