Data Analysis Requirements cable TV Big Data Platform Software What are the technical requirements and standards for power grids? Internet movie technology |
Introduction
Standard background and evolution
As the second part of the GY/T 339 series of standards, this document puts forward professional requirements based on the GB/T 35589-2017 big data reference architecture and targeting the characteristics of the cable TV industry. Compared with the 2018 version, the 2020 version mainly strengthens the following:
| Dimensions | 2018 version | 2020 version |
|---|---|---|
| Real-time processing capability | Unspecified quantitative indicators | Real-time data storage ≤3s |
| Security requirements | Basic security requirements | Integration of GY/T 337-2020 Security Classification Guide |
| Data classification | Three types of business data | Refine BSS/OSS/MSS domain data subcategories |
Key technologies of core subsystems
Data collection and access
The standard requires that the platform must meet the following requirements at the same time:
- Multimodal support: unified access of structured (such as SQL), semi-structured (XML/JSON), and unstructured (audio and video) data
- Performance benchmark: incremental access of BSS/OSS/MSS domain data within 1 hour, and real-time data delay ≤3s
- Fault-tolerant mechanism: support for collection node status monitoring, task queue management, and abnormal warning (SMS/email)
Implementation case: A provincial radio and television network uses Apache NiFi to build a collection layer to realize real-time behavior data collection of 2000+ set-top boxes, and uses Kafka message queues to ensure that data is not lost, meeting the requirements of clause 6.1.4 of the standard.
Data storage architecture
| Storage type | Technical requirements | Performance indicators |
|---|---|---|
| Column-based database | Support key-value storage, column encryption, multi-level indexing | Billion-level record query in <10s |
| Graph database | Need to implement node-edge model and shortest path algorithm | Support 10+ layers of relationship expansion |
| File system | Requires data block backup and elastic expansion | IO response <500ms |
Data Analysis System
Standard construction of three-level analysis capabilities:
- Preprocessing layer: missing value filling (6.4.2.2), row and column conversion (6.4.2.3) and other data cleaning specifications
- Analysis engine: required to support SQL/OLAP online analysis (6.4.4.1.3), machine learning algorithms (6.4.3.2)
- Visualization: mandatory inclusion of 12 chart types such as bar charts/pie charts/line charts (6.4.3.4)
Security Operation and Maintenance Assurance System
Key Points for Multi-Level Protection Compliance
- Physical Security: refer to GB 50174-2017 Data Center Design Specifications
- Data classification: Clause 6.7.1.1 requires classified and graded protection
- Audit traceability: Full log record of important data processing process
Operation and maintenance management specifications
Chapter 9 of the standard clearly requires the establishment of:
| Management dimension | Specific requirements |
|---|---|
| Team building | A dedicated operation and maintenance department is required, equipped with monitoring tools (9.2.a) |
| Media management | Storage media destruction requires physical destruction or multiple overwrites (9.3.b) |
| Emergency response | Develop emergency plans and conduct regular drills (9.4.j) |
Implementation Recommendations
- Architecture Selection: It is recommended to adopt the Lambda architecture to take into account both batch and stream processing to meet the batch and stream fusion requirements of 6.3.6
- Hardware Configuration: Storage nodes are configured as RAID 0+1 (6.2.4.f), and the CPU utilization threshold is set to 70% (6.2.4.d)
- Compliance Transformation: Conduct information security assessment in accordance with GY/T 337-2020, focusing on the security of data open APIs (Chapter 8)
