Introduction
Standard Overview
This standard specifies the interface functions, protocols and data format requirements between emergency broadcast platforms at all levels and between platforms and adapters, and is applicable to the entire cycle of system design, construction and operation and maintenance. The document is based on the GB/T 1.1-2020 standardization architecture and was jointly drafted by 11 units including the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Academy of Broadcasting Technology.
Core interface functions
| Function type | Interacting party | Data file | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Message broadcast | Upper and lower level platforms | EBM TAR file | Including instruction file, signature file and program resources |
| Status query | Upper level→lower level | EBMStateRequest | Track message status through EBDID |
| Operation and maintenance data synchronization | Bidirectional | OMDRequest | Supports full/incremental data acquisition |
Key technical specifications
Data file structure
The interface data is encapsulated in TAR format, which is mainly divided into:
- Emergency broadcast message file: Contains EBM instructions, signatures and program resources
- Business data file: XML format, UTF-8 encoding
- Signature file: Complies with GY/T 389 digital signature specification
Typical data interaction process
- The interface requester sends the TAR file through HTTP POST
- The responder returns the receipt (EBDResponse)
- After asynchronous processing, the business data is returned in the new connection
Implementation suggestions
Key points of system connection
Emergency Broadcast Adapter Pay special attention to the following:
- Strictly verify EBM signature (in compliance with GY/T 389)
- Status feedback should include key indicators such as actual coverage and called resources
- Heartbeat detection interval is recommended to be ≤5 minutes
Data security requirements
| Security Level | Measures |
|---|---|
| Transmission security | HTTP over TLS 1.2+ |
| Data integrity | Digital signature + business data hash |
| Authorization control | Certificate Authorization List (CertAuthList) mechanism |
Technology Evolution Analysis
Main improvements compared to the previous generation of standards:
- Added Spatial Grid Code (SpatialGridCode) positioning specification
- Refine the transmission coverage equipment parameters (frequency/power/standby status)
- Strengthen the systematic connection with GY/T 383, GY/T 386 and other standards
