Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for dry film lubricants made of colloidal molybdenum disulfide and epoxy thermosetting resins. The lubricants specified in this standard are suitable for the friction surfaces of steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metals. They are especially suitable for high-stress sliding friction parts and can also be used for coated fasteners. Used to reduce friction, reduce wear, and prevent metal galling and seizure. The operating temperature is -55~+200℃.
