本规范为化工粉体工程设计的基本法规,规定了化工粉、粒、块状物料的装卸、输送、贮存、分离、破碎、研磨、筛分、分级、增湿、脱水、干燥、冷却、除(收)尘、配料、给料、掺混、挤塑、造粒、均化、计量、包装、堆垛、计数等的工艺系统设计和机械设备选型的基本原则。
本规范适用于大、中型化工厂中化工粉体工程的新建或扩建设计。小型化工厂的化工粉体工程设计也可参照使用。
Scope
This specification is applicable to the new construction or expansion design of chemical powder projects in large and medium-sized chemical plants. The chemical powder engineering design of small chemical plants can also be used as a reference.
