本标准规定了橡胶厂（车间）的新建、扩（改）建和技术改造工程项目的工艺设计通用要求。包括：1、炼胶车间2、轮胎车间3、翻胎车间4、力车及摩托胎车间5、胶管车间6、胶带车间7、胶鞋车间8、模型制品车间9、轮胎厂试验室及成品试验室10、原材料及成品仓库等相关内容。其他橡胶加工车间（工段）的工艺设计，可参照本规定。
本规定除适用上列项目外，也适用于各种特殊橡胶制品车间的工艺设计，可根据其生产工艺的特殊要求进行设计。对于引进项目、国外项目、外资项目、中外合资项目和中外合作项目的工艺设计，应按照有关规定和合同的条款要求及软件包技术内容，参照本规定进行工艺设计。
本规定的工艺设计的范围，指包括各直接生产车间、试验室、成品试验站和原材料仓库及成品仓库的全部工艺设计项目。

Scope

This standard applies to the process design of new construction, expansion (renovation) and technical transformation projects of the following domestic rubber factories (workshops). 1 rubber mixing workshop; 2 tire workshop; 3 tire retreading workshop; 4 rickshaw and motorcycle tire workshop; 5 hose workshop; 6 tape workshop; 7 rubber shoe workshop; 8 model product workshop; 9 tire factory laboratory and finished product laboratory; 10 Raw materials and finished product warehouses. The process design of other general rubber processing workshops (sections) can refer to this standard. The process design of various special rubber product workshops needs to be designed according to the special requirements of their production processes. The process design of imported projects, foreign projects, Sino-foreign joint venture projects and Sino-foreign cooperation projects shall be carried out with reference to this standard in accordance with relevant regulations and the specific conditions of the contracting parties and the production software technical requirements provided by the software parties. The scope of process design includes all process designs of direct production workshops, laboratories, finished product test stations, raw material warehouses and finished product warehouses.
