本标准规定了液体装卸臂的型式、技术要求、选用要求、材料应用、液体装卸区工程技术要求、汽车装卸区工程技术要求、火车装卸区工程技术要求、码头装卸区工程技术要求、检查、检验和试验等技术原则。
本标准适用于公称压力CL150、CL300或PN2.5、PN6、PN10、PN16、PN25、PN40、PN63，设计温度-196℃～250℃范围内，通过液体装卸臂实现汽车槽车、火车槽车或槽船装卸各种石油化工液体介质的卸载。

Scope

This standard is applicable to nominal pressures of CL150, CL300 or PN2.5, PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, and PN63, and design temperatures within the range of -196°C to 250°C. The liquid loading and unloading arm is used to realize automobile tankers, train tankers, or Tank ships load and unload various petrochemical liquid media.
