本标准规定了釜用机械密封的材料、主要零件的技术要求、试验、安装和使用。
本标准适用于碳钢、不锈钢反应釜的搅拌轴以及类似的立式旋转轴机械密封。该反应釜机械密封
适用于介质压力1.33X10-5MPa(绝压)~6.3MPa表压);介质温度不大于3500℃(当釜内温度较高时，应参照HG/T 2122增加辅助措施);搅拌轴(或轴套)外径30mm-220mm;转速不大于2m/s;介质为除强氧化性酸、高浓度碱以外的各种流体。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing, installation and use of materials, main parts of mechanical seals for kettles. This standard applies to stirrer shafts of carbon steel and stainless steel reactors and similar vertical rotating shaft mechanical seals. The mechanical seal of the reaction kettle is suitable for medium pressures of 1.33 ); the outer diameter of the stirring shaft (or sleeve) is 30 mm to 220 mm; the rotation speed is not greater than 2m/s; the medium is various fluids except strong oxidizing acids and high-concentration alkali.
