本标准规定了石墨制化工设备的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存等要求。
本标准主要适用于不透性石墨制化工设备及零部件。不透性炭制化工设备及透性石墨制化工设备也可以参照使用。
石墨设备适用范围:
a)最大工作压力为2.4MPa;
b)石墨壁温度在600C^400℃之间。
本标准不适用于下列石墨设备:
a)直接用火焰加热的石墨设备;
b)核能装置中的石墨设备;
C浇注类石墨设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements for graphite chemical equipment. This standard is mainly applicable to chemical equipment and parts made of impermeable graphite. Impermeable carbon chemical equipment and permeable graphite chemical equipment can also be used as a reference. The applicable scope of graphite equipment: a) The maximum working pressure is 2.4 MPa; b) The graphite wall temperature is between 60 ℃ and 400 ℃. This standard does not apply to the following graphite equipment: a) graphite equipment heated directly by flame; b) graphite equipment in nuclear energy installations; c) cast graphite equipment.
