本标准规定了落球回弹测定仪的工作原理和主要结构、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和储存等。
本标准适用于测定高聚物多孔弹性材料，也适用于测定硫化橡胶回弹性能（落球回弹率）的落球回弹测定仪。

Scope

This standard specifies the working principle and main structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the falling ball rebound tester. This standard is applicable to the measurement of polymer poroelastic materials, as well as the falling ball rebound tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester) for measuring the rebound performance of vulcanized rubber (falling ball rebound rate).
