本标准方法A适用于硫化橡胶试样表面摩擦系数的测定,方法B适用于复印机、传真机等输送轮用的硫化橡胶试样反复摩擦过程中摩擦系数的测定。


Scope

Warning—Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in regular laboratory work. This standard is not intended to involve safety issues that may arise due to the use of this standard. Users are responsible for taking appropriate safety and health measures and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations. Note - Some operations covered by this standard may use, generate some substances or produce wastes that may pollute the local environment. Appropriate documentation should be developed for the disposal of these substances after use. This standard specifies two methods for determining the coefficient of static friction and the coefficient of dynamic friction between vulcanized rubber and sheets. Method A of this standard is suitable for the determination of the surface friction coefficient of vulcanized rubber specimens, and method B is suitable for the determination of the friction coefficient during repeated friction of vulcanized rubber specimens used in conveyor wheels such as copy machines and fax machines.
