Scope
This standard specifies the nominal and target sizes of black-and-white and color (negative-positive or reversal processing) loose-leaf films used in art photography and their cropping deviations. This standard also specifies methods for testing the verticality and edge straightness of loose-leaf films. Requirements for packaging markings are determined. Art photography (PICTORIAL) means amateur, advertising and portrait photography, excluding films used for special purposes, such as document reproduction, photographic typesetting and printing plate photography. This standard uses metric units.
