本标准适用于绝缘漆漆膜击穿强度的测定。系在一定条件下,采用连续均匀升压的方式对漆膜施加交流电压直至击穿,击穿电压值与漆膜厚度之比为击穿强度E,以千伏每毫米(kV/mm)表示。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the breakdown strength of insulating paint films. This standard is applicable to the determination of breakdown strength of insulating paint films. Under certain conditions, AC voltage is applied to the paint film in a continuous and uniform manner until breakdown. The ratio of the breakdown voltage value to the paint film thickness is the breakdown strength E, expressed in kilovolts per millimeter (kV/mm). .
