本标准规定了稀土、铌/钽、锆及氧化锆、锡、铅/锌、铜、钢铁、钒、磷酸盐、煤、铝、钼、镍、锗、钛、金等非铀(钍)矿产资源开发利用活动中伴生放射性物料贮存及固体废物填埋设施在选址、设计、建设、运行、关闭、监护等过程应遵守的辐射环境保护原则与一般技术要求。其他非铀(钍)矿产资源开发利用活动可参照执行。
铀(钍)系单个核素活度浓度大于400Bq/g 的伴生放射性物料贮存及固体废物处置,应根据实际情况采取更为严格的环境保护措施。

4.1.3 Three Simultaneous Principles

6.2.4 Anti-seepage System Architecture

Natural foundation layer + Clay anti-seepage layer + Double artificial lining form a composite barrier. The practice of a zirconium mine shows that this structure can reduce uranium leakage by 99.7%.
