本标准可作为水污染治理工程环境影响评价、设计、施工、竣工验收及运行维护的技术依据。


Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of water pollution control projects. This standard is a general technical specification in the environmental engineering technical specification system and is applicable to plant (station) sewage (waste) water treatment projects. For projects with corresponding process technical specifications or pollution source control technical specifications, this standard and the corresponding process technical specifications or pollution source control technical specifications should be implemented at the same time. This standard can be used as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, design, construction, completion acceptance and operation and maintenance of water pollution control projects.
