总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、pH 值、温度和流量等监测数据的有效性判别流程、数据有效性判别指标、数据有效性判别方法、有效均值的计算以及无效数据的处理。
本标准适用于利用水污染源在线监测系统获取的化学需氧量(CODCr)、氨氮(NH3-N)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、pH 值、温度和流量监测数据的有效性判别。

5.1 Comparison test of actual water samples

For equipment such as CODcr automatic analyzer, requirements:

  • At least 3 sets of parallel measurement data
  • Absolute error calculation formula: ΔC=|xi-Bi|
  • Relative error limit refers to Table 1 of HJ 355-2019

Application case

The comparison test of NH3-N online monitoring instrument in a sewage treatment plant showed that the laboratory value was 8.2mg/L and the instrument value was 7.9mg/L, then the absolute error was 0.3mg/L (meeting the requirement of ≤10%)


Implementation suggestions

Key points of operation and maintenance management

  1. Establish a regular comparison system for open channel flowmeters (new requirements)
  2. Invalid data must be marked with reasons and original records must be retained
  3. Monthly valid data integrity rate ≥ 75%
