Scope

Warning: Trichosanthes is a highly toxic substance. The sample preparation process should be performed in a fume hood. Operators should wear protective equipment to avoid contact with skin and clothing. This standard specifies a gas chromatographic method for determining the potency of soil poisoning. This standard is applicable to the determination of soil toxicity to rats. When the sampling amount is 5g, the detection limit of this method is 3.5μg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 14μg/kg.
