Scope

This standard specifies a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of three indicator toxaphene in ambient air. This standard is applicable to the determination of three indicator toxaphene (P26, P50, P62) in ambient air. When the gas sampling volume is 500 m3 (standard state), the method detection limits of the three indicative toxaphene P26, P50, and P62 are 4 pg/m3, 4 pg/m3, and 8 pg/m3 respectively, and the lower limit of determination is 16 pg/m3. m3, 16pg/m3, 32pg/m3.
