本标准规定了农药制造工业排污单位自行监测的一般要求、监测方案制定、信息记录和报告的基本内容及要求。
本标准适用于农药制造工业排污单位在生产运行阶段对其排放的水、气污染物，噪声以及对周边环境质量影响开展自行监测。
自备火力发电机组（厂）、配套动力锅炉的自行监测要求按照《排污单位自行监测技术指南 火力发电及锅炉》（HJ 820）执行。

Scope

This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units in pesticide manufacturing industries, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of water and gas pollutants and noise emitted by pesticide manufacturing industrial pollutant discharge units during the production and operation stage, as well as the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment. The self-monitoring requirements for self-provided thermal power generating units (factories) and supporting power boilers are implemented in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Self-Monitoring of Sewage Discharge Units Thermal Power Generation and Boilers" (HJ820).
