本标准规定了锅炉使用过程中产生的废气、废水、噪声、固体废物污染源源强核算的程序、内容、方法及要求。
本标准适用于GB 13271的锅炉新(改、扩)建工程污染源和现有工程污染源源强核算。
本标准适用于锅炉正常和非正常工兑下污染源源强核算,不适用于突发泄漏、火灾、爆炸等事故情况下的源强核算。


Scope

This standard specifies the procedures, contents, methods and requirements for accounting for pollution sources of waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste generated during the use of boilers. This standard is applicable to the calculation of pollution sources of new (renovation, expansion) boiler construction projects and pollution sources of existing projects that implement GB13271. This standard is applicable to the calculation of source intensity of pollution sources under normal and abnormal working conditions of boilers, and is not applicable to the calculation of source intensity in accidents such as sudden leakage, fire, explosion, etc.
