本标准适用于化学药品制造,生物、生化制品制造,单纯药品分装、复配,中成药制造、中药饮片加工等工业建设项目环境影响评价中新(改、扩)建工程污染源和现有工程污染源的源强核算。
本标准适用于制药工业正常和非正常情况下污染源源强核算,不适用于突发泄漏、火灾、爆炸等事故情况下源强核算。
本标准适用于制药工业主体生产装置、公用和辅助设施的废水、废水、噪声、固体废物污染源的源强核算。执行GB 13223的锅炉污染源源强按照HJ 888进行核算;执行GB 13271的锅炉污染源源强按照HJ 991进行核算。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting of pollution sources in the pharmaceutical industry. This standard applies to the environmental impact assessment of industrial construction projects such as chemical drug manufacturing, biological and biochemical product manufacturing, simple drug packaging and compounding, manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicines, and processing of traditional Chinese medicine pieces. Pollution sources of new (renovation, expansion) construction projects and existing projects Source intensity accounting of pollution sources. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution source intensity under normal and abnormal conditions in the pharmaceutical industry. It is not applicable to the accounting of source intensity under sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the source intensity calculation of waste gas, waste water, noise, and solid waste pollution sources from main production equipment, public and auxiliary facilities in the pharmaceutical industry. The pollution source intensity of boilers that implements GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888; the pollution source intensity of boilers that implements GB13271 is calculated in accordance with HJ991.
