JB 6030-2001 本标准是对JB 6030-1992《工程机械 通用安全技术要求》、JB 6029-1992《装载机 安全规则》、JB 6027-1992《挖掘装载机 安全规则》三项标准的修订与合并。与之相比在技术内容上增加了噪声限值和结构保护的要求。 本标准规定了工程机械产品在设计、制造、使用与维护等方面基本的安全技术要求。 本标准适用于推土机、装载机、挖掘机、挖掘装载机、铲运机、平地机。其它工程机械产品可参照使用。 本标准于1992年5月首次发布，本次为第一次修订。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic safety technical requirements for construction machinery products in terms of design, manufacturing, use and maintenance. This standard applies to the following engineering machinery products:

　——Scrapers;
　——Graders. Other engineering machinery products may refer to this standard.
