本标准适用于分辨力为0.1″、0.2″、0.5″、1″、2″、5″和10″，准确度等级为±0.25″级、±0.5″级、±1″级、±2″级、±5″级、±10″级和±20″级的光栅角位移测量系统

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters and functions, requirements, electrical safety performance, environmental adaptability, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of grating angular displacement measurement systems. This standard is applicable to resolutions of 0.1", 0.2", 0.5", 1", 2", 5" and 10", and accuracy levels of ±0.25", ±0.5", ±1", ±2" Grade, ±5", ±10" and ±20" grating angular displacement measurement systems (hereinafter referred to as the "measurement system").
