Scope
This part of JB/T 11167 specifies the terms, definitions, and use of rated voltage 10kV (U=12kV) to 110kV (U=126kV) cross-linked polyethylene insulated long-length AC submarine cables (the following submarine cables refer to AC submarine cables) Characteristics, product nomenclature, technical requirements, cable identification marks, tests and requirements, acceptance rules, shipping and storage. This section applies to cross-linked polyethylene insulated long-length submarine cables and optical fiber composite submarine cables with rated voltages from 10kV (U=12kV) to 110kV (U=126kV) used under submarine laying and operating conditions. This standard can also be used for underwater cables crossing rivers and lakes.
