本标准规定了机械通风冷却塔用水轮机的术语和定义、型式型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、性能等级、供货范围、标识、包装运输及贮存、安装、运行、维护、验收。
本标准适用于流量 500 m?/h ～ 8000 m?/h，允许工作压力不超过 0.3 MPa，水轮机水头为 5 m ～ 30 m的，应用于化工、钢铁、水泥、电力、冶金、纺织、制药等领域的机械通风冷却塔用水轮机。
