Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This document establishes for the first time a systematic compatibility evaluation system for natural ester insulating oil and structural materials of equipment such as transformers, focusing on solving the following technical problems:
- Quantification of material interactions: Simulating long-term operating conditions through accelerated aging tests
- Multi-dimensional evaluation indicators: Covering changes in physical, chemical and electrical properties
- Standardized test conditions: Specifying a unified aging temperature (105-130℃) and time (168h)
Comparison of key test elements
| Material type | Surface area ratio | Core test items | Judgment criteria |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sealing gasket | 65cm²/800mL | Volume change rate/hardness | GB/T 1690 |
| Enameled wire | 1300cm²/800mL | Breakdown voltage/bonding strength | GB/T 4074.5 |
| Core coating | 3-100cm²/400mL | Hardness/dielectric loss increment | GB/T 6739 |
Technology Evolution Analysis
Compared with the traditional mineral oil standard ASTM D3455, the innovation of this standard is reflected in:
- Adaptation to bio-based properties: A nitrogen protection step is added to address the easy hydrolysis of natural esters
- Accelerated test design: A sample contact area 4 times the actual ratio is used
- Multi-parameter linkage evaluation: It is required to simultaneously meet five indicators including acid value (≤0.1mgKOH/g) and dielectric loss (Δ≤0.04)
Implementation suggestions
Special attention should be paid to the following in actual applications:
- Pretreatment specifications: Paper samples must be vacuum dried, and rubber samples are exempt from drying
- Quality control points: The acid value increment of blank oil samples must be ≤0.02mgKOH/g
- Data validity: When the breakdown voltage drops by more than 10%, it should be judged as incompatible
