Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution

The 2016 version of the standard replaces the 1999 version. Pressure resistance test (Clause 5.4)

Use 45 steel flange test piece, 6 M12 screws tightened with (27.4±1.0)N·m torque:

  1. Stepped pressurization: 0.3MPa/15min per level
  2. Temperature conditions: room temperature/80℃/150℃ three levels
  3. Judgment standard: 2 test deviations ≤0.5MPa

Corrosion test (Clause 5.7)

The specimen is coated on HT200 cast iron, 45 steel, and H62 brass test pieces:

  • Wet and hot conditions: 49℃±1℃/RH≥93%
  • Test cycle: 96 hours of continuous exposure
  • Qualified judgment: no rust or gloss loss on the surface
