1 Scope

This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging and warranty period of YR3 series (IP23) three-phase asynchronous motor.
This standard is applicable to YR3 series (IP23) three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 160~355) (hereinafter referred to as "motor"), and all other series motors derived from YR3 series (IP23) three-phase asynchronous motor may also refer.

3 Types, Basic Parameters and Dimensions

3.1 Enclosure protection level of motor is IP23 (as specified in GB/T 4942.1).
3.2 The method for cooling motor is IC01 (as specified in GB/T 1993).
3.3 Construction and mounting types of motor are IM B3 (as specified in GB/T 997).
3.4 Rating of the motor is continuous based on continuous duty system (S1).
3.5 Rated frequency and voltage of motor are respectively 50Hz and 380V. Stator windings are delta-connected and rotor windings are wye-connected.
3.6 Motors shall be manufactured according to the following rated powers:
4kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, 11kW, 15kW, 18.5 kW, 22kW, 30kW, 37kW, 45kW, 55kW, 75 kW, 90kW, 110kW, 132kW, 160kW, 185kW, 200kW, 220kW, 250kW, 280kW, 315kW, 355kW.
