本标准规定了单级轴装式圆弧圆柱蜗杆减速器的基本参数、型式与尺寸、技术要求、润滑、试验方法和检验规则等。
本标准减速器（包括SCWU、SCWS、SCWO、SCWF 四个系列）直接套装在工作机主轴上，适用于冶金、矿山、起重、运输、化工、建筑等机械设备的减速传动，
本标准减速器蜗杆轴转速不超过1500r/min。
本标准减速器适用于工作环境温度为-40℃～+40℃，当工作环境温度低于-10℃时，起动前润滑油必须加热到0℃以上。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters, types and dimensions, technical requirements, lubrication, test methods and inspection rules of single-stage shaft-mounted arc cylindrical worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). This standard reducer (including four series: SCWU, SCWS, SCWO, SCWF) is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine and is suitable for reduction transmission of mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, and construction. The speed of the worm shaft of this standard reducer does not exceed 1500 r/min. This standard reducer is suitable for working environment temperatures between -40°C and 40°C. When the working environment temperature is lower than -10°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting.
