Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product specifications and models, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of spiral plate type strong oil-water coolers (hereinafter referred to as coolers) for transformers. This standard applies to coolers for oil-immersed power transformers, special transformers and reactors.
