JB/T 8666-1997 本标准规定了工矿电机车用司机控制器（以下简称控制器）的要求，抽样与试验方法，标志、包装、运输和保管。 本标准适用于工矿电机车用控制器。该控制器作控制电机车的起动、制动、调速、断电及反向动行之用。 本标准末述及对电子器件的考核，凡装有电子器件的控制器，其相应要求由产品技术条件规定。
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling and testing methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of driver controllers (hereinafter referred to as controllers) for industrial and mining electric locomotives. This standard is applicable to controllers for industrial and mining electric locomotives. The controller is used to control the starting, braking, speed regulation, power outage, forward and reverse motion of the electric locomotive. This standard does not mention the assessment of electronic devices. For controllers equipped with electronic devices, the corresponding requirements are specified by the product technical conditions.
