本标准适用于煤矿井下和其它矿山在倾角小于30°的巷道运输物料和牵引矿车的绞车。
本标准不适用于运载人员的绞车。
Scope
This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of transport winches. This standard is applicable to winches for transporting materials and pulling mine cars in tunnels with an inclination angle less than 30° in coal mines and other mines. This standard does not apply to winches for carrying personnel.
