Typical test process

  1. Sample preparation: Grind in agate mortar to 120 mesh, dry at 105-110℃ for 2h
  2. SiO₂ determination: GB 205 potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method
  3. Al₂O₃ determination: EDTA back titration method, pH 5.7-6.0 buffer system
  4. F element detection: ion selective electrode method, 700℃ melting pretreatment

Standard implementation suggestions

1. When purchasing, suppliers should be required to provide a complete composition analysis sheet

2. Different types of welding rods should choose the corresponding particle size:
- Low hydrogen steel welding rod: 40 mesh specification is preferred
- High strength steel welding rod: 30 mesh specification is better

3. Storage should be kept in a dry environment, and the recommended relative humidity is ≤60%
