本标准规定了钢纤维混凝土检查井盖的定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志。
本标准适用于城市道路、公路、生活小区等机动车辆行驶或停放场地检查井上的井盖，也适用于安装在绿化带等禁止机动车辆行驶或停放的通道、场地检查井上的井盖。

Scope

This standard applies to manhole covers on inspection wells where motor vehicles travel or park on urban roads, highways, residential areas, etc. It also applies to manhole covers installed on inspection wells in passages and sites such as green belts where motor vehicles are prohibited from traveling or parking.
