1. Key technologies of bonding mortar

It is composed of cement-based cementitious materials, high molecular polymers and additives, and must meet the following requirements:

  • Bond strength with cement mortar≥600kPa
  • Operable time 1.5-4 hours
  • Strength retention rate after water resistance ≥50%

2. Core performance of plastering mortar

The application of a certain demonstration project shows that when a planetary cement mortar mixer is used to prepare mortar, the qualified rate of 3J impact resistance specimens reaches 100%, and the water absorption is controlled below 420g/m².
