本标准规定了水泥生料球的水分、料球级配、耐压力、堆积密度、表观密度、生料密度、堆积空隙率、孔隙率、高温爆破率、冲击破损率、干球磨损率、高温收缩率的测定方法和生料球性能评价。标准规定了料球强度仪和改制维卡仪两种测定料球强度的方法,有争议时以专用料球强度测定仪方法为准。
本标准适用于半干法水泥生产工艺中生料球性能的测定。
Scope
This standard specifies the moisture content, ball gradation, pressure resistance, bulk density, apparent density, raw meal density, bulk void ratio, porosity, high temperature blasting rate, impact damage rate, dry ball wear rate, Determination method of high temperature shrinkage and evaluation of raw ball performance. This standard stipulates two methods for measuring the strength of pellets: the pellet strength meter and the modified Vicat meter. In case of dispute, the method of the special pellet strength tester shall prevail. This standard is applicable to the determination of the properties of raw balls in the semi-dry cement production process.
