1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic structure, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules as well as marking and packaging of jolting table for compacting mortars specimen (hereinafter referred to as jolting table).

This standard is applicable to the mortars jolting table with mortar strength determined according to GB/T 17671-1999 or that subject to this standard as specified.

2 Normative references

The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply to this standard. However parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition applies.

GB/T 17671-1999 Method of testing cements - Determination of strength (idt ISO 679:1989)

3 Basic structure

The jolting table consists of table, the cam causing it to jump, etc. The table is provided with a fixture for fixing the test mould and two stabilizing arms. The cam is driven by motor and controlled by controller to rotate according to certain requirements, ensuring that the table is able to rise smoothly to a certain height and then fall freely with its center hitting the stop dog exactly. The fixture is integrated with the mould sleeve and may be rotated upward by not less than 100° in a direction perpendicular to the arm lever. The basic structure is as shown in Figure 1. See Annex A for the installation of equipment.
