Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of composite silicate thermal insulation products. This standard applies to composite silicate insulation products for equipment and pipeline insulation projects whose hot surface temperature is not higher than 873K (600℃).
