1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to making the building design of dormitory to meet the basic requirements of application, safety and hygiene.
1.0.2 This national standard is applicable to the building design of new, reconstructed and extended dormitories.
1.0.3 The dormitory building design shall comply with the provisions of relative current national standards, besides meeting the provisions of this code.
