1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to guarantee the design quality of office building, make it conform to the basic requirements of security, health, application, technology and economy.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to all office buildings of construction, extension and renovation.
1.0.3 The design of office building shall be classified according to operating requirements and be in accordance with the provisions of Table1.0.3.

Category II Important office building 50 years Not under level 2
Category III Common office building 25 years or 50 years Not under level 2
1.0.4 Not only the requirements stipulated in this code, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with by design of office building.
