1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of the water-based interior wall coatings with low-emission volatile organic compounds (VOC).

This standard is applicable to water-based coatings such as paste putty, primer, top coat, and wood lacquer that are used for interior decoration.
