Key technical innovations
For the first time, the standard clearly defines expanded vitrified microspheres as the core material, and its volume water absorption ≤20% and drying shrinkage ≤1.0% index requirements solve the problem of traditional materials being easily deformed by water absorption. The product's applicability in severe cold regions was verified through 15 freeze-thaw cycle testing.

- The test report of softening coefficient ≥ 0.5 should be checked during procurement
- Pre-installation requires curing for 48 hours at 23±2℃
- Special-shaped specifications require confirmation of processing technology with the manufacturer in advance

Compared with the JG/T 536-2017 standard, the new regulation has the following major improvements:
- Added freeze resistance indicator (15 freeze-thaw cycles)
- Refine the dimensional deviation grade (thickness tolerance ±2mm)
- Improve the combustion performance test system
