Scope

This rule stipulates LCD TVs and plasma TVs (hereinafter referred to as "flat-panel TVs") that work normally under the grid voltage and have terrestrial, cable, satellite or other analog or digital signal reception, demodulation and display as their main functions, including the main The energy efficiency label measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, measurement and testing results evaluation criteria and test reports of display equipment that functions as a TV but does not have a tuner but is circulated as a TV product. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling of flat-panel TVs. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell flat-panel TV products may also refer to these rules for testing. The flat-panel TVs subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
