Introduction

Standard Background and Technology Evolution

With the rapid development of mobile payment business, the People's Bank of China issued the "China Financial Mobile Payment" series of standards in 2012, among which JR/T 0093.3 specifically regulates the message structure and elements of remote payment applications. This standard realizes the interconnection and interoperability between banks, payment institutions and merchants through a unified message interface, reducing transaction costs by 30%.

Application case: Consumer transaction messages must contain dynamic key data (16-bit HEX), and sensitive information such as PIN must be encrypted through the SE security unit to ensure transaction security.

Message Structure Specification

The standard stipulates that XML messages are composed of three parts:

  1. XML indicator: declare version and encoding (such as GBK)
  2. Document Type Declaration: reference DTD or Schema
  3. Business Data: including Public header and Biz business body
<TPX> <Public>...</Public> <Biz> <TrxAmount>100.00</TrxAmount> </Biz> </TPX>

Implementation Suggestions

1. Message Security: MAC values must be calculated for key fields such as TrxDateTime. It is recommended to use the SM3 algorithm

2. Version control: The message identifier must contain a 4-digit business code + a 3-digit function code + a version number (such as CCMP.001.01.02)

3. Exception handling: When ResponseCode returns "9999", the specific error must be located in combination with RespInfoCode
