Scope
This standard stipulates the relevant terminology, the composition of the instructions, the substantive elements contained in the instructions and the presentation requirements for bank product instructions provided by banking financial institutions to bank customers, and provides a basic model for the logical presentation of bank product instructions. This standard applies to appropriate banking products sold by banking financial institutions registered and operating within the territory of the People's Republic of China to bank customers within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For banking products for which it is difficult to determine the substantive elements specified in this standard, product instructions may not be prepared in accordance with the requirements of this standard. However, when it is necessary to prepare product instructions, the adaptability of the substantive elements proposed in this standard should be considered.
